On September 20, 2023 the second online meeting between the project partners was organized - Faculty of Dental Medicine - Medical University - Sofia and University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Grigore T. Popa”

The subject of the meeting was the content of the questionnaire for the patients - to examine patients’ perceptions and attitudes in terms of soft skills in the process of interaction with dentists and dental staff. The questionnaire has been developed by the team members of the Romanian partner - the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Grigore T. Popa” as they are the project leader, responsible for the implementation of this activity. The content of the questionnaire was revised by Dr. Nadiya Avramova, PhD and Dr. Ivanka Mihaylova, PhD from the Department of Dental Public Health.

Observations and inputs for the content of the questionnaire were made - it should consist from 2 sections - first related to the demographic data, as such data is missing in the first draft, and the second part - to contain the relevant questions in order to examine particular patient’s soft skills.

Participating partners agreed that same statistical methods and programs to be used in order to facilitate the processing of the results.

During the meeting, the participants also discussed current technical and financial issues and the logistical details of the forthcoming first kick-off meeting.
