In order to facilitate your entering the Faculty of Dental Medicine on the examination days we kindly ask you to download the Declaration available on the official web page of FDM. Fill in the printed copy beforehand and present it to the personnel at the entrance.
If you expierence difficulties to do this, the Declaration is available on the spot.
